# Getting help

If you cannot complete an integration step without help, use the following channels.

## Support

* Include: organization name, environment (sandbox or production), approximate time of the request, `verificationOrderId` / `searchId` / `externalSearchId` if available, and a redacted request/response sample (never include full SSNs or live secrets in tickets if avoidable)
