If you cannot complete an integration step without help, use the following channels.

  • Include: organization name, environment (sandbox or production), approximate time of the request, verificationOrderId / searchId / externalSearchId if available, and a redacted request/response sample (never include full SSNs or live secrets in tickets if avoidable)
